• If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

3. Partial Refunds

• The prorated refund will be calculated from the date of the refund request to the end of the subscription period.

4. Non-Refundable Services

• Fees for services that have already been rendered, such as completed document verifications, scheduled appointments, or utilized accommodation support, are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel your subscription but do not qualify for a refund, you can still enjoy the benefits of your package until the end of the subscription period.
